The Merit MAK™ (Mini Access Kit) and S-MAK™ (Stiffened Mini Access Kit) introducers provide access to the vascular system. By starting with a smaller needle, trauma to the surrounding tissue and bleeding are minimized. The Merit MAK™ and S-MAK™ facilitate the percutaneous placement of 0.035" (0.89mm) or 0.038" (0.97mm) guide wires into the vascular system. The Merit MAK and SMAK products are available in kits and as individual components, helping meet a variety of clinical needs.
